@ almost 13 weeks postpartum!
This working out/healthy diet is paying off!
Oh & smoothies with fruit, soy milk, peanut butter & oatmeal in the morning! Gives you energy & fills you up :)
No chips/soda/dairy/veggie oil (switched to coconut oil) All whole grains at least 6 servings a day, 4 servings of high protein, small meals 4-5 times a day. 75 sit ups every two days, & 50 squats holding my daughter (she thinks its fun) a day 😁
Lol I forgot to add, I breastfeed so that burns calories as it is haha.
