@bluedolphin77, condoms r the way to go I haven't been on bc in over 10 years none r safe ur body should regulate naturally how God intended it to. If an accident happens plan b is ur best option only bc it's not a regular thing so your body reacts different best for just emergency

I'm in the same boat with figuring out bc methods because I had the Mirena and had it taken out because of the hormones in it and I'm not a pill taker so I won't remember and the shot I bled with it for about a month straight.

Honestly it's really not 😒

I tried the pill and was sick in bed the entire time I took it.. And then I got the nexplanon and bled like stuck pig the entire time I was on it but it worked well..
