Need some advice! Caoimhes dad been threatening to take me to court if I don't let him take her without me being there (never seen her Til she was 7 weeks old hadn't heard from him since I was 7 weeks pregnant, doesn't pay for her, isn't on birth certificate! ) will it b easy for him to do this! He still gets to see her but with me there ! He's only met her 5 times
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill? He and my husband are friends through us and he’s going to invite him over tonight and run it by him...
March 31st is my due date im 7 weeks so wth are they adding on 2 weeks bc i asked her when did i conceive she said 7 weeks from now wth but are u addin on 2 weeks some one pls help me
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!

I went to register my little boy yesterday, im in the same boat as his dad is not on the birth certificate. He has no parental rights!! xxx

he won't get far hun because when I registered dylan 3 weeks ago she said if the father is there when baby is registered then they get parental rights but if there not then they don't so I'm glad my OH was with me xxx

@theasmummy, it used to be that even if they were on the birth certificate they didn't have any parental rights unless you were married. that's changed fairly recently though. @cmcdon203 , I completely wouldn't hand my baby over to people that I know let alone strangers. he might be her dad but it's just insane to think about leaving the baby with someone that's not been around and you don't know. firstly I would explain that to him and suggest that you start to get to know his family. it would probably be awkward but if they're going to be around your daughter for the rest of her life, you should know them. secondly I wouldn't budge until she was much older and she knew him. however, you could suggest a contact centre or something so he can't just take her anywhere. as he's not on the certificate though he doesn't have much of an argument.

@theasmummy, hi Hun, I just remember after we split up he asked me to sign a form to give him parental rights, so he must have not had any. This was nearly 13 years ago mind, the form never ever got signed, there was no need in the e d, we get on great and my son is 50/50 with both of us xxx

@hawkie75, how come your ex had no parental rights to your son? Surely if he's on the birth certificate he would? Just asking as I'm not married to my daughters dad. X

tell him to go ahead, he won't get very far as he isn't on the birth certificate. It's probably an empty threat any way hun xx

Thing is he's allowed to see her Iv never stopped that ( well he's only known her 4 weeks) but his family are strangers to me so is he tbh I can't just hand my baby over to strangers xx

@cmcdon203, I wouldn't have thought he has any rights what so ever, not being on birth certificate, so doubt he would get far in court, he needs your permission to do anything with get, my ex was on birth certificate of my son but cause we weren't married he still had no parental rights, so I think you will be ok x

If he isn't on the birth certificate he legally doesn't have any rights over her...this happened to my mum with my real dad and they got told that exact thing xx
