How can I stop my breast milk from spraying ? It's making my baby really fussy.

Can you feel your let down? Or does it surprise you? If you feel it happen, maybe you can pull baby off of breast as it happens and put baby back on after. You'll waste some milk but at least your baby won't be upset over too much milk coming out at once.

@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, I tried that and it's not working. It keeps spraying and chocking him. Any other tips.

Hand express or pump for a couple minutes before feeding baby?
