actually just made myself feel sick and upset, I compared a picture of b4 I got pregnant n was goin the gym a bit etc to a picture I took 2day (4 weeks and 2 days after have my son) n I actually hate hate hate what I see 😢😢😭😭

You've just grown a beautiful baby in there. Why be ashamed of what you see? You should cherish it and be proud!

Aww Hun 😢 don't feel so bad. Your body has just done an amazing thing, growing your little boy. And he's only 4 weeks old. Don't stress too much. I started at nearly 14 stone, I'm now 16 & I've not even had my little one yet. Just take your time & im sure you'll get back to your pre-pregnancy self before you know it xx @ashleigh91
