Ok moms I need help !!!

I am trying to lose weight I am 8 weeks pp and

I just started eating well or better no soda no junk food !! I need ideas of what I can do at home as far as working out . I live in the desert it's 112 degrees and I am stuck at home with baby . Please all comments will help .

I want to lose 20 pounds

@iamliyaah, coconut oil is my best friend I swear! I use it for everything!! Yesterday I ate a couple tbs and my little sister looked at me so disgusted. lol she thought I was eating a hair and body product with chemicals! She didn't even know it was a cooking oil lol

@mommakaz, it has been proven that coconut oil helps to shrink your waist lol.. I can't wait to get bk on my diet

I know it sounds crazy since it's an oil, but 2tbs of organic natural virgin coconut oil in your diet can boost your metabolism and help weight loss.
