Don't feel guilty! It is a huge life shift. I took me at least 5 months to start to feel like I could handle normal life after my first. Lol

There is no need to feel guilty at all! It's a huge adjustment and it's exhauating. I think just about every woman feels this way at some point or another. Hang in there Mama!

@keepingupwithestella, there's no shame in taking a break. it's very healthy and normal to need one. don't make yourself feel bad. or guilty.
