Anybody poop a lot days before going into labor?? For the past week I've been pooping a lot more than normal! It isn't diarrhea but they are soft and definitely more than normal.. Anybody else experience this before going into labor??

Well I just had one day of the urge to bear down. I just kept feeling like I had to go and I would go alittle and went into labor the next day
This has been going on with me for two weeks so far, I've pooped 4 times by 10 am everyday, and no I don't drink coffee lol. I was hoping it was a sign of labor starting soon, but it's still just going to be when the baby is ready. Bleh, but yes our bodies are almost there!

I'm going thru the same thing! This is what I read: During the early part of labor, your body begins to release prostaglandins, a group of hormonelike substances that cause the uterus to contract and help soften and dilate the cervix. But prostaglandins can also hyperstimulate the bowels, causing frequent stools or even diarrhea.

Yea I did for about two weeks before I went into labor. My doc said when the baby starts to move deeper into the birth canal they essentially make less room for your poop and it gets pushed out lol.
