At my 28 week appt they did a sonogram and baby J was in traverse position. Well now I'm 31 weeks and I'm pretty sure he has turned head down but not 100% sure.. I've been having tons of pressure and lots of BH contractions along with period cramps.. Can my Dr tell me if he's head down by just feeling on my belly? I have a reg check up today so I'm asking Dr I'm just curious.

yea they can. everytime i go now and it started at 28w they check her position

Yes, and when they check for the heartbeat, that helps them know which way as well. (They'll hear it best in the upper back)
