It worked with me :) I never done anything then I started nipple stimulation on my ball for only 2 nights and my water went 🙈 might be coincidence but he was 11 days early so I reckon it must of done something :) xx

it did work for me with my 3rd baby. and was also the first time i saw my water broke naturally.

nipped stimulation is one of he only proven things to work so hopefully it will do something. especially if you're expressing colostrum coz your body will start thinking it's feeding / get ready for baby

@firsttimemummy21, use your thumb and forefinger and roll the nipple around for 3o mins so long 😭😭😭

@firsttimemummy21, my midwife told me to use a breast pump so I have done all day and it made me actually express colostrum (so gross) I've been reading online and it seems to work but it is making me sleepy and wanting to stop 😂 x

have a drink of alchohol just glass of wine. it set my cousin off at 40 weeks and she hadnt drank thru her pregnancy so think it shocked her system and set her off...@holliesinead,
