what sleep deprivation does to me: screams & yells, then cry, then start throwing shit and breaking it, then tell my fiance I can't do any of this anymore, then he just says sorry your having a bad day, then does some more stuff that I won't mention on here. Does anyone else have these days? I get them basically almost everyday
