I'm so sick of seeing my baby with dry skin the lotion is not really working grrrrrrr

She is only 1 week old according to your profile . It's pretty normal . They have been in water for so long. Use aquaphor on her skin that's what the dr recommended. It will take time but it will get better.

Are you breastfeeding? If so you can actually make your own lotion with breastmilk 😊 but like she said, it's totally normal for babies to have dry skin the first few weeks

yeah I'm breastfeeding and I just hate that it's cracking and bleeding I'm trying the none scented lotion the doctors told me it just makes me sad @babyjjsmommy

I use Cetaphil baby soap and lotion with a little Vaseline. Her skin stays moistured.
