You can take Tylenol. Babies tend to do much better the longer they stay in (39 weeks is full term), so I wouldn't try to induce labor or anything like that.
You shouldn't try to break your water, especially thay early. It's going to be painful with all the pressure the baby is putting on you. Your baby is still developing right now so you should try to keep them in for as long as possible

Sometimes your water doesn't break. You don't have to break your water to go into labor.

you probably wanna let him/her bake a little longer. The longer gestation, the more likely they won't have any health problems.
