Does eating bread really dry up your milk!?

girl no lol seriously the only foods that can really affect your milk is stuff with caffeine and dairy products. but only if baby has a sensitivity will you even notice a problem.. now strong foods can flavor your milk but it's still good (: just ignore them!!

Right! Like he's getting my breastmilk regardless!!!! I rather pump then always whoop my boob out and all that! It's my preference and they like no he needs to latch on not get use to bottle 🙄 and their kids are almost 1 and won't even take bottle or sippy cups!!!

Always on my case about breastfeeding I pump and give him my milk with the bottle and that's not good for them. I can't eat bread or anything bad cuz then i won't get good milk and these girls eat junk everyday and drink coke and all they when they breastfeed.... Ugh so annoying @adaraa126
