Does getting your cervix checked hurt? Like when the see how many cm you've dialated with their fingers.

Hell yeah!!!! It feels like their dingers trying to pry ur cervix open. And it makes you feel pressure. When my ob did it i swear i was yelling "i have to poop i have to poop" lol

it hurts me, but that only because i have a tilted uterus.

Currently being induced . Been here since 4pm yesterday . They have checked my cervix twice . I will definitely agree that it hurts worse when you're in labor . Super sensitive . Plus getting cervadil put in. That's like getting your cervix checked but worse .

I get mine checked this morning, I'm not in labor, but they're just checking. I heard it hurts worse when you're in labor. Now I'm terrified :(

Omg yes it hurts. they tell you to relax, I tried to so hard but it is so uncomfortable feeling

I was EXTREMELY sensitive down there, so I screamed and cried when they checked me. They only checked me like 2-3 times during 25 hours of labor because they felt so bad. This isn't a normal experience though...no one else I know really complained about it.
