Keep your head up. I know I don't know your situation. I haven't seen my SO in a week and won't see him still for another week because of work.. It sucks.

Well from the sounds of it he's being selfish and just thinking of him. Which I hate when men do that! Like my SO when I first had our daughter (he was gone all week home on weekends at that time for work) on weekends the only time I got to see him he always wanted to go to the gym go hang out with friends..ect like I wanted to go do something kid free also! And it frustrates me when men are like that. Why do they get to do what they want but if we want to go do something we have to figure out who is going to watch the kids ect? Since we've moved he is a lot better. He realized each time he came home our daughter was doing something new and that crushed him that he was missing so much. It's like one day he just woke up and realized how much I do & how much he misses. I hope your husband also "wakes up" and sees all you do. And that it's not all about him. He has a family. Every once in awhile friend time is good but if he's been working a lot maybe this weekend he should just stay home and relax with his family..

@ciaramarie, awe thank you yea I hate how guys don't get the big wake up call like we do she is 2 months now a so she smiles a lot and will laugh but if he don't slow down he will miss her growing

Hopefully he realizes how fast she is/will grow. Like I said my SO he's a truck driver but his old job he was only home on the weekends and every time even if our daughter made a new noise or new face new movement ect it just crushed him! He took this other job to be home every night and they just sent him to Washington. He's gone for 2&1/2 weeks and since he's been gone our daughter learned to pull herself up to things. She claps now. And I'm super afraid she's going to start crawling while he's gone, she's so close! But she was when he left too.
