Does anyone have any opinions or experience with a postpartum girdle/shaper? Would love to know if they actually work and which one, there are so many out there with many different prices!

I just used the one the hospital gave me (actually I had them give me two, one size longer than the other) and they worked amazing! I even had a csection and it honestly helped a lot with the pulling on the incision pain I was feeling without it!

How many moms had the epidural ? And how many moms went natural and what was your experience in going natural and would you recommend anyone to do it ?
