I only pumped this morning then was away from my baby for like 8 hours (I nursed her once during that time frame). I came home with a soak padded bra and shirt and pumped 14 oz I'm so hype 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 but my left breast was extremely swollen

Yes I'm extremely shocked myself!! So now I know I'll still produce a decent amount when I return to work. I think it's the root beer I've drunk lol cause I barely ate today 🤔 one of the moms on here said root beer also helps supply maybe it's true @kayyboo

I'm exclusively breastfeeding and when he misses a feeding bc he over sleeps I pump and I can only pump 2-3oz now.. before I was pumping 10-12oz .. idk wth happened.. 😭

i just really hope hes getting enough! i don't want to formula feed.. my daughter had so much problems with gas and pooping with formula..

He is and when he needs more he will cluster feed where he's on the boob all the time which will have you start producing more milk lol my daughter actually went through a growth spurt around 3 weeks @mommybug or you can power pump or eat certain things to help produce more milk

power pump? never heard of that one? and yes he definitely cluster fed for 2 daya last wk thats why I started thinking me isn't getting enough😕.. i was trying to pump at least 2 bottles a day that wau my SO can bond with him during feedings but not happening lately 😞
