it's probably just from having so many children, your uterus doesn't go back completely and can make your bump "low" or "saggy looking." I carried both my sons lower than that and they both came at 39 weeks. This baby is super low too but will probably come at 39 weeks like his brothers

@septembermama2016, You do look low. But adorable. :) My youngest was indecisive. He'd drop and then go back up and repeat. Lol. I never knew when he was on his way. He waited until 39wks and 4days. Too much like his momma. Lol.
