Ok.. So, my son typically (ok, always like every single night) sleeps in the bed with us. Right next to me, and usually on his side. It started on accident because I would fall asleep breastfeeding when he was waking up much more often. Now he wakes up around 1am and around 4am and then not until my husband gets up for work. We are trying to get him to sleep in his bassinet, but are struggling. He will NOT, I repeat WILL NOT sleep for more than about 10 minutes on his back and that's only if he can hold my hand while he falls asleep. He will cry and cry and ends up in bed with me after two or three hours of struggling to get him to sleep. He sleeps quite well during the day on my chest on his stomach (as he has been doing for the past couple hours right now) and will finish his nap in his bouncy chair. He wakes up the instant he is put on his back in his crib.
I've been reading and informing myself about stomach sleeping in infants, because I'm insanely paranoid to put him to bed on his stomach when I'm not awake to watch him. I've contemplated a cosleeper which would make him feel closer to me, but still have him on his back and in his own space and maybe easier to move him to his bassinet.. But that seems silly to me too. I read an article written by a mom who seems to have done her own research and it seems like babies who are used to sleeping on their stomachs are typically better off on their stomachs anyway.
Anywho.. Sorry for the long post, but ANY advice, or even just encouragement, on this would be so incredibly helpful. I need to break the bad habits I've created for him..
@ktwins188, my husband wants us to break this habit before he gets older and it's even more difficult to break. I love having him cuddle with me all night.
my son cosleeps with me my daughter sleeps in her crib! son times my son will sleep in his crib its hard to get him to sleep in it
ссылка <-- article. She isn't a medical professional of any sort. Just a mom who has done research.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment cont...
