Aweeeee! Love my little man. Confirmed that he is indeed abusing my cervix. Already head down and he loves to push on it. Loves to stretch out and is VERY active. 138 BPM Measuring 25 weeks. He's 2 lbs. Do you ladies think this will be another 35 week baby? Hopefully not earlier.
Nope. Fortunately the contractions stopped but I'm constantly paranoid about them starting back up again. @carsonsmomma I'm not sure what the pros & cons are myself, to be honest. 🤔
Your doctor didn't think you needed them to help prevent preterm labor this time? I'm so on edge about getting them and I just don't know the pros and cons and yeah when I went into labor with my first I had all the symptoms of early labor and my contractions were about 20-30 seconds apart and they tried everything to stop them but I wasn't dialating
@carsonsmomma, I'm not actually. I thought I would have to be last weekend because I started contracting real bad out of nowhere one night but thankfully they stopped. I had all the preterm labor symptoms, (diarrhea, vomiting, 5 mins apart contractions, etc.) but they couldn't find proof I was contacting so they gave me fluids and sent me home.
I'm 20 weeks with my second and my first was 34 weeks and 5 days and I'm constantly wondering if I will have another that early or not but I am being started on progesterone shots tomorrow are you on them? I have had bad contractions starting like last week with this pregnancy already so I'm a bit worried
No, not at all. I just felt like they were more proactive & on top of things at Vanderbilt. they're a bit more laid back at Williamson. Which you'd think would be a good thing in a way, but when you're dealing with epidurals and I'm a bleeder by nature -- I just really hope they've got my back. @kasey. Vanderbilt is awesome if your baby needs special care/surgeries 👌 @kasey.
I wish!!! I had my little girl at Vanderbilt and had a great experience. Since then Vandy & Williamson have merged so now I'm at Williamson hospital for my little boy's birth. I haven't exactly been impressed by their prenatal care thus far so I can't really say I'm expecting much. 👎 @kasey.
