@2016momof2, I've pulled 2 of my 6 year old's out bc she had huge adult teeth growing behind them...but she also wanted me to do it. My 5 year old is terrified and there's no adult tooth...I think I'll just leave it!

I would take it out just in case. That way there is no chance of your child choking on it.

If you pull it the next tooth might come in crooked,, give an Apple to eat, probably get stuck in in it, better than being pulled
