Need some advice...my 16 month old lately has been pooping on the floor in the morning so bad that I have to hose him off in the shower. (the showerhead pulls down) And around his peepee is really red....like around the head. he hasn't been wanting to drink his milk like normal because he there up from drinking it last week, so he's been wanting juice. mind you I water down the juice every time. he also will choose just drinking juice over eating. could these issues be related and what can I do to help?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I cringe when females say they don't like water and all they drink is soda and juice.... yuck lol

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
