How did other moms feel after labor? I gave birth on Monday an came home yesterday. I can hardly walk it takes a min to stand up then I have to walk very slow and everything. I had a normal labor but back pains from the epidural and very sore down there. I had to get stitches as well from a 2nd degree tear.

@momof2.16, well I can walk around im just very sore down there so I walk very slow but I have stitches so I think that could be why.
Rotate taking ibuprofen & Tylenol. And make sure you use the squirt bottle
I was induced and had an epidural but I was blessed, up walking around the next morning and never took a pain pill. From what I've read on here that's very rare!
@mandy890, okay thank you I just wanted to make sure it was normal. She was my first an I never really thought about how I would feel afterwards guess I thought once I was done with labor I would feel back to normal but didn't even think about how pushing an everything affects someone.
You're gonna be sore for a couple weeks. And your vag eill hurt for a while. Use witch hazel it will help soothe the stitches and if you have a boppy pillow sit on it that way your vag isn't touching the couch when you sit up. It helped me immensely when I had my first!!! Hang in there momma. You just pushed out a human. All normal!!
@harranmommy, I actually forgot the bottle at the hospital but I have the wipes an spray. An I'm getting better as the day goes on.
