Sorry Tmi is anyone else scared to sneeze or cough cos when they do they leak I'm paranoid all the time that I smell

I think it's more than once a day for me lol so parniod I smell too xx

It's literally a daily occurrence, if not more then once a day 😤 pregnancy fun haha I put a pad on. Xx

It's got worse in my third trimester

Thank you it just seems to be all the time and it's embarrassing cos it doesn't even have to be sneezing and coughing either xx

I always used to wee myself especially in second trimester when sneezing etc, when I hit third it just sort of stopped 😂 maybe wear a pad of your worried honey xx @nikki946
