My son will be 3 weeks old on thursday, the last 3 nights I've been having fierce heartburn. I dunno why? I ate Krispy kreme donuts today and have heartburn. somethings not right inside this tummy. ughh helpp

Your organs are still getting back to normal! It may take a while and you may always get heartburn now unfortunately😢 I've had acid reflux my entire life so I know the torture but just be careful of what you eat and keep track of your triggers, everyone's are different (:
