my son grunts all the time, usually when he has an upset tummy or just him in a good mood.

Yeah i was thinking maybe it's because his tummy hurts :/ I'll have to bring it up with his new pediatrician when I get the appointment to be safe. I hope it's just his way of being vocal and not because he's uncomfortable or in pain 😩 @aidensmommy0506

I felt the same way. my son is now 1 month and he does it still. his dr. said it's normal but every child is different.

Phoenix will be 2 months on the 17th and he's been doing it since he was 2 weeks old :/ I've never heard babies make these noises until him @aidensmommy0506

i feel the same about mine :( he grunts in his sleep (hes on 1 month) and sometimes even coughs hope its not acid reflux :/

Sounds like laryngomalacia or stridor. My. Baby does the same thing and we are going to see an ENT specialist, but they outgrow it and it isn't harmful 99% of time

@maciecakes, lots of times its associated with reflux issues which my little one has. I googled and YouTubed the sounds so I know what it sounds like. Good luck
