Omg im up coughing this hurts....having a c section and coughing dont mix almost in tears

I completely understand I coughed and I dry heaved and it was the worst pain in the world

But that was right after my csection

Grab a pillow and hug it to your incision when you cough next time. Won't fix it, but it should help with the pain some 😞 Sorry hon!
