So any 2nd or 3rd time mommas out there that had bad anxiety or postpartum depression after their first child was born?... I had bad anxiety about my parenting skills, and not being able to meet my baby's needs! :/ it was terrible, I didn't want to be around anyone because I was embarrassed about not being able to stop my baby from crying or doing something the wrong way (and someone suggesting a better way than I was doing it). I never told my doctor about it and just kind of let it ride out, which it finally did after about 6 weeks when I started to get the hang of things. well I'm scared it will be like that again! I did tell my doc about it at my last app and told her I really didn't want to be prescribed anything unless I absolutely had too. lol. I hate having to be on meds. anyways, can anyone tell me what there experience was with there second baby after having depression or anxiety with their first? please!

Yea, your right. I think I will tell my doctor I want the meds. I hated feeling the way I did with my first. I just want to be comfortable and enjoy this next baby boy when he comes! thank you so much for sharing you experience and giving me your advice@keepingupwithestella
I've had an awful time with anxiety and depression, an when I had Estella it came back. The best advice I got was, don't be ashamed to admit that you do need a little extra help. Whether it be medicine, counseling, or whatever... It's okay because your health matters to. There is nothing wrong with being on medicine. It doesn't make you less of a woman or mother. Sometimes that's what's best!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Is it bad that I was sex extremely bad? Haha.
I haven't had it in so long that it's kind of depressing!!
Well, I had my first appointment the other day.. Didn't even get an ultrasound.. (Mad about it) but I had to get blood drawn.. And I cried... It was just a bad experience.
I was told to give my candy to my little brother. I felt so bad after like 30 minutes but I really didn't want to share. 😂😂 What about everyone else?
How are your men while TTC?
My DH told me about 6 months ago that he had changed his mind and didn't want anymore kids. I was so heartbroken and devastated but I just went on with life trying to accept it. Even though I didn't bring it up again, I am pretty sure he could tell how his decision affected me and how sad I was about it.
Yes it does. I'm not feeling it yet but I know once I have my newborn at home and have to take care of him and my 3 yr old, I'm sure the anxiety with hit hard. I'm hoping not, but had it once I'm sure it will come back.:/
