I am having trouble sleeping, I have always have had trouble sleeping but it's different now . I also have to get up a lot to go to the bathroom because I am drinking a lot of water. What can I do to help this ? I have tried going to bed early .
Try drinking lots of water throughout the day well before bed so you don't have to get up as frequently during the night. And if you still are having trouble sleeping, multiple 30min naps throughout the day 👌🏼
How much more I have been drinking a lot of water . I am up to like 8 cups a day . If more will help then I will give it a try . Thank you
