I am so stressed. My GBS test came back positive. Did anyone else's come back positive? And if so did it bother the baby in any way?
on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this as am so confused ?? As some saying maybe I wasn't pregnant at all and it gave me positive results
Positive?? Or almost?? Ugh why are these so difficult. Lol
When did your SO go back to work after baby...
This is positive right??? So why would 2 of the same brand come back positive and 2 of different brands come back negative?? I'm so confused and irritated

My sister tested positive for one of her pregnancies and they gave her antibiotics during labor and gave the my niece when she she came out

they just give you antibiotics in your iv. nothing serious boo.

Don't be stressed its nothing to worry about at all.. I'm positive and it just means you have to have antibiotics while you're in labor... And even if you don't get antibiotics only 1/200 babies get any side effects from the GBS it's no big deal

mine was positive too . I had my baby 2 days ago all they did was give me antibiotics during labor & she came out perfectly healthy

@caisner88, @keniamarjorie its called Group B Strep test it's a vaginal swab you have when you are 35-37 weeks pregnant

my dr said everyone carries it. but if you have a higher level than you get antibiotics during labor. I had my son the 27th of May and had antibiotics and he is perfectly fine :)

I did with my second son and I had no time to take antibiotics baby was born to fast so they kept me in the hospital 3 days to monitor the baby !
