Okie dokie mommy's. I've been having some REALLY bad cramps in my lower abdomen tonight. They last for about 20-30 seconds and the first two were about 30-40 seconds apart. About 10-15 minutes went by before another came along that lasted about 15-20 seconds. Is it just braxton hicks or what? It was a really sharp and intense pain😞
So, I think the official Braxton Hicks have begun.. My tummy tightened last night and kind of cramped for about 10-20 seconds, then about twenty minutes later, it happened again. Hmm..

Sounds like Braxton hicks /: call your OB or labor in delivery if you have more than 4 in an hour and drink lots of water to stay hydrated 😊

I have an appointment on Thursday. So hopefully she'll calm down in there. That was just absolutely horrible. I was on our bed squeezing the blankets and almost in tears. I just wasn't sure about Braxton Hicks because I was reading online that they shouldn't be that painful
