My friend has had a miscarriage with an ex bf, then did something like I did, artificial insemination because her fallopian tube was damaged (mind you, she can dish the money out for this stuff ) she's married now but the mother of her ex bf is trying to claim the child as his. they live in another state and her husband is on the birth certificate....is there anything the ex's family can do to her? I mean, I told her not to worry....her ex's mom is pretty nutty and has done this sort of thing before

varies state to state. here, if there's a father on the bc they don't touch it.

I think she's just worried cuz this woman is nutty @arivera64 the child isn't the ex's and she tried telling them that. but regardless, this woman will sling abuse at my friend....she's done this to 2 of my other friends....
