has anyone seen this before on there child..... my 3 year old has a whole bunch of little bumps around her eyes and forehead they kinda looks like chicken skin and it's rough

my stepson gets that. his doctor said it's eczema and has to do with his body wash or laundry detergent. I just put ball max on it and it goes away.
