I heard a beer will up my milk supply, do I just drink half the beer or the whole thing? And if I drink the whole thing is that enough alcohol in my system to mess with my milk?

When you no longer feel the effects of alcohol anymore than you are safe to breastfeed. You can have a whole beer! Dark ones like Guiness do help with supply because of the yeast and hops.
So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!

I've heard people say think drinking a beer a day can help breast milk production. Will either of these work? That's about the only beer I will drink. What beer would you suggest?
Ugh. I thought milk was suppose to get rid of heartburn. In my case it causes it. Haven’t been able to drink it any this whole pregnancy but today I just really wanted some with my cake.. Now I’m regretting it🤦🏻 ♀
