Having massive heartburn all day sucks

My last pregnancy I had no symptoms lol but with this one I do and I guess massive heartburn is one lol I've tried everything besides medicine and nothing helps

Yeah sometimes it's inevitable. Like for me nothing helps. I tried everything, happened with both of my pregnancies. This one the worst tho 😑

Yep. I've had it my entire pregnancy. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with throw up in my throat 😞 it sucks.
