Go !!! I don't think they send u back home with mu first I Went to the hospital for something and when they give discharge papers my water broke in there and they don't let me go home they keep me even though I wasn't in active labor and I ended up having c-section ..

Go to the hospital because you're at risk of an infection

If your water breaks you HAVE to deliver within 24 hours or have a csection

go in. my water broke and I went in an hour later and they started pitocin.

Also if your group b strep came back positive you have to go to start antibiotics

you should go in because once your water breaks there's an increased risk of getting an infection which can harm the baby
