I was having cramps and my boobs were extremely sore so I took a test it came out negative but I was still having them plus the nausea after so I went to the doc and he ran tests and told me I was 3 weeks preggers

I'm having that right now. And my back hurts more than numb. Not sure if I'm pregnant yet or not, but time will tell!
