i don't think I'm producing enough milk 😔 she'll nurse and then fall asleep and wake up an hour later hungry 😕 i really dont want to give her formula 😟

What @rylansmomma said! I had the same worries when my LO was that age, but it's just what they do! It'll probably be like that for a few weeks at least! But it gets better if you hang in there!
You can always pump and drink mothers milk tea...my son won't stay latched so I pump and give him that and drink mothers milk tea that way he doesn't need formula which I'm super happy about
Newborns are like that lol. They want boob, boob, boob, and more boob if they can handle it haha. Rylan was the same way. It will also make your milk production go up!
how old is she? try eating oatmeal and looking up lactation recipes
I have the same problem but she lost weight so I did have to start supplementing with formula 😔 it's heartbreaking for me
