Had anyone conceived without taking any meds etc.. to get pregnant while having trouble with pcos?

Ya I was diagnosed with it when I was 18 and I would get cysts every month and always had problems. Also I have Rh - blood and my first child had the opposite so I had to get a shot for that after I had him but that was when I was 16 and now I'm 23 and after trying for so long I finely got that positive:) and I been so scared the whole time hoping everything would work out so far all good my SO is so happy and so is my son: ) all I ever wanted was a big family and for years I was always put down... I am so beyond thankful....!:)

my Dr diagnosed me with it years ago although I never really took care of myself and I got pregnant so easily. I get pregnant really easily so makes me wonder if I even have it although I do get cysts on my ovaries
