I'm 6 weeks today and the Nausea is 24/7 I can't eat anything. Feeling terrible and have had the last two days off work because traveling on the train makes it soooo much worse :-( forcing myself to go into work tomorrow but I'm dreading the journey!
I've totally gone off ginger since getting pregnant, used to love ginger biscuits, and stocked up when I found out I was pregnant. Then couldn't even look at them without feeling sick 👎 I found lemonade, and anything lemon really helped me. As well as those travel sickness bands you put on your wrists!
Mine got so bad to the point where I couldn't eat anything, I had to go to the doctors and they prescribed me with tablets xx
My mum told me about ginger biscuits I haven't had sickness myself so I don't know but she said they really helped her with my brother as she had bad sickness xxx @winterbaby95
@lauren16 I tried them too for nausea but didnt really help :) I mentioned it to my midwife and she said it has to be fresh ginger :) May work for some people though :) My pregnancy tablets contained ginger xx

Try salad and fruit hun :) thats all I could eat in the first trimester because of Nausea :) xx
