Mine were 23,000 at 6 weeks and it went up to 36,000 in a few days. A week later I was at 49,000 :) I had a twin sac that was passed due to no baby forming so that's why my levels were that high :)
Typically, the hCG levels will double every 72 hours. The level will reach its peak in the first 8-11 weeks of pregnancy and then will decline and level off for the remainder of the pregnancy. (Americanpregnancy.org)

The number doesn't matter honestly as long as it doubles.

My numbers were crazy high as well and we are have ONE little girl! As long as your numbers grow at the right rate everything should be fine!
