So I send in my letter of resignation today.... How have many of ladies done this? I want to leave on a good note but I never what kind of mood my boss is in. I'm terrified, but it has to be done. I can no longer work where I am. It has caused me so much stress and I am so different and more meds because of my anxiety from there. So do I just hand it to my boss and say here ya go or do I just sit her down and tell her than give her the letter
