I just went to the bathroom, mind you me and my BF just fooled around. But I think I just lost a tiny bit of my mucous plug.. It smelled awful I noticed a smell then smelled the TP and it had a horrible smell and according to google it said it was my mucous plug... Is it ok to start losing it this early?! I might call my midwife tomorrow, I just saw her today but I'm concerned.

Yeah it's normal especially after sex. It'll regenerate. Now if you saw blood in the mucus plug is when you should worry!

I started losing mine at 29 weeks it little pieces. BH after was normal. I ended up having my baby at 35 weeks so even though I was losing it I didn't go into labor till 5 weeks later
