Does anybody know how to get rid of baby pimples?

my baby has it really bad and nothing really helps i asked her doctor and he said to just leave it alone or it could get worse they told me to rub breast milk on it, i did and nothing happened

If you don't kiss your baby on the face or other people or touch the face it helps alot

I don't kiss his face I only kiss his belly and head.@krizzle04

I read that if you wash baby's face with a warm wash cloth a couple times a day it helps. I did that for my daughter and it worked great
