Who started this "if you work out (i.e.) lift weights while pregnant the baby's umbilical cord will wrap around its neck?" I saw a video of Angela Simmons working out on FB and I was like good for her. Then I saw those ridiculous comments saying she need to sit down before the cord wraps around its neck. Like what??????
If your doctor allows it, it shouldn't be a concert I used to lift weights before pregnancy but my doctor gave me a 15 pound restriction which was only to be lifted once a day
that's not true OMG some people
I heard that if you lift too much or put arms above your head😕
I've never heard that before @cubanese and I was like wtf are they talking about

So my daughters cord was wrapped around her neck I just delivered her vaginally she was so beautiful rip my angel

I made it through the c - section ladies.. baby had the umbilical cord wrap around his neck..his heart stop but God saved my son ladies....#godisgood
Hello ladies! Just wondering if its true that bending too much while pregnant will cause the imbilical cord to wrap around the baby's neck? Never heard of it....

I was B because my cervix was not opening up and my daughter was not ready to come lol. She was 8.5 I thank God for a c section because the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck twice.
baby's heart rate keeps dropping. I woke up to 10 nurses surrounding me and moving me putting me on oxygen his cord might be wrapped around his neck and he swallowed his poop I cannot stop crying I'm so scared
Then on top of that most of of the comments were from women saying that all working out except walking were bad for the baby. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
