Am I wrong for wanting to keep someone away from my kids? Does it make me a bad mom? Even if it's a family member.. because as of today, I am no longer speaking to one of my (big) sisters! She chose, and now I want nothing to do with her no more. 👍🏻

ur not wrong. if theres always drama n u think she doesnt make good choices n shes n ot good for ur kids then keep her away. my moms barely around because of things shes done. shes been poison. so i gave her one more chance n its limited.

@lorraine2014, her wife started something with me and apparently to her I started with her wife.. When I didn't! So she texted me and threatened me.. we always always argue and I'm getting sick of it.. 😕 so I told her straight up I'm not dealing with it no more and that I'm keeping my kids away from her as much as it hurts me.. She always threatens me.. And I'm pregnant! So nope.. I can't have that around my kids.

Not at all. My fiancé's step dad used to beat my fiancé when he was a kid. I don't allow that man around my kids. Never ever ever.

It is your choice who you decide is allowed around your children. My husband has a cousin that I've only ever actually met in person once who I forbid around my kids. She's toxic. We even tried to make amends with her but she made her choices and now we have made ours.
