I was told no it can bring on contractions .. When I was on bedrest they wouldn't let my daughter who was two come in for more then 15 min because they said I never lost my milk from nursing her till 18 mos and some how she stimulated contractions

But be careful, too much stimulation can cause labor.

mine start aching every once in a while and that's the only way to get them to stop.

my doctor said go ahead or they will get to heavy
