this PP depression is no joke. I've always dealt with depression but its so much harder now. my baby cries all day long unless I'm holding him and he wants to nurse every 45 mins. I'm completely exhausted. migraines everyday all day. I can't even eat bc he won't let me put him down or anything. its taking everything I have to not scream and punch a hole in my wall. 😢😭😒

Have you tried a swing or wearing your baby? Please call your doctor and ask for help. You're not alone

@mamabearluken, I feel the same way, but my LO is getting better and thankfully I had some help in the evenings for a few hours but all morning and afternoons I was by myself. it was so bad I even had to take showers with my LO because she wouldn't let me put her down. We cosleep because she doesn't stay asleep any other way. Look into baby wearing....that's keeping me sane a little bit. Reach out to other moms even just to vent. For sure talk to your doctor about it as well. Just know that you are not alone!
