At what age do you think it's appropriate to paint a little girls toe nails ?

My aunt painted her girls toe nails at 6months. She made sure they weren't putting their feet in their mouth first

@amaperalta03, my BF says the same things like she won't be dating til she's 40 I'm like glad to know u have a realistic view 😂

Lol I don't mind if I have a boy and now my girl so I like painting her toes and now that she's older they last longer cause she sits long enough for me to let them dry all the way.

@mommieof2and1, that's what I'm afraid of I don't want my daughter to feel that she needs her nails painted

I did mines at 1 and now she's 2 and demands it she loves her toes being done.

i didnt allow my daughter until she was like 4/5 because kids always have there hand in they mouth feet is cool like 3 tho

I said that's when I'll start I never tried it yet. but they have nail polish for babies

I guess when you're comfortable...but when they are young they will put hands and feet in their mouth so regular nail Polish may not be great. they do sell non toxic stuff at places like buy buy baby that would be safe. me however I just got my 1 year old to sit long enough for me to cut her nails...one hand at a time...not sure she would sit still long enough for nail painting and for it to dry lol.

As long as she isn't putting her toes in her mouth go for it! I think that's adorable and I can't wait to do that with my little girl! It will probably make her feel so special cuz she gets to be like mommy!

Whenever you feel like, in my opinion. If you can get her to hold still long enough, go for it.
